Steering Conversion

I have Johnson boat motor model 55esl69A. I want to convert it from drum and cable to Teleflex steering. I have watched some videos on this. It seems not too bad of a job. The tilt tube seems to be the big problem. Has anyone tried this? Where did you get the tilt tube holder and tilt tube?
