Starter Battery recommendation

I have a 60 HP Mercury ELPTO Model 1060412AD Serial Number 0T694085. Looking for a light weight and low cost starter battery. The battery would be recharged when the motor is running. The battery would start the engine, run the bilge pumps and lights. Trying to keep the back of the boat as light as possible and not pay hundreds of $$ for a battery. If you could give me a specific model that would help. Could I use a automobile starting battery? Do I need to be concerned with the AMPs? I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

I used a lawnmower sized battery to start my Merc 850. Handled it easily.

Look at Everlast batteries at walmart, I have had great luck with them and here nothing but good things about them from everyone.

See if you can get a battery with removable caps--that way you can add water.
