Just wondering if anyone knows the proper gap for spark plugs on a 115hp evinrude outboard motor?

Why is the specs in the Bombardier P&A book listed as .030?
 
They have a tendency to load

They have a tendency to load up with a little fuel at 30. and if you gonna go slow they will burn off the fuel if gaped at 40
