runs great at low speeds but runs out of fuel at continued high sapeed

Sr# 682Cs250112 9.9 Hp Mariner 2 stroke I have replaced fuel pump daiphrams and tested for air leaks I ran fuel by gravity straight into filter but still same problem
need help GOD is good

Did you try replacing the fuel filter?
