Considering who i purchased this boat from, the over all lack of mechanical maintenance, and the amount of auto parts used vs marine on the motor, i don't believe this motor had any marine conversion procedures done at all prior to installing it in the boat. I was totally ignorant about these things when i bought it.
So i guess i'll see how long it lasts taking good care of it. Its all i can do at this point. If i blow a head gasket, i'll cross that bridge when i get there. Kirk
