I just got about a month ago a Robalo 2640 with 2 Mercury 225 EFI 1999 motors. Had it on the water 3 times and all 3 times engines started and ran for 20 minutes,turned off,sat for about 3 hours and port engine will not start all 3 times and will not restart back in the driveway. I replaced the fuel pumps,new primer bulb,new fuel hose from primer bulb to engine,new stator,new spark plugs,new filters,still no luck starting! Priming bulb will not stay hard,when I try to start several times in the driveway,fuel starts to drip onto the ground at the bottom of the drive ,had a electronic specialist troubleshoot the electrical,everything is fine except the stator which I replaced. Thinking my last resort is the O rings in the fuel injector and rail system, any ideas?
