Replacing control cables on bf90

I been wanting to switch out my control cables on my bf 90 year is a 1998. I going to be ordering the Glenden cables that Honda recommends, just looking for some guide or insight to remove the cables from under the shifter and how to remove the cables from the motor and reinstall. Every since the boat was purchased it has had a little stick going from forward to neutral.

As you already have cables fitted then the best way is to take loads of photo`s of what your taking apart before you start. Just work on one cable at a time and when removing the cable ends from your old cables count the number of turns it takes to remove them and then turn the cable ends on the same number to the new cables.

You need to adjust the cables to the engine not the other way around otherwise you`ll never get it setup properly.
