Replace fitting on the bottom of the fuel cooler, Mercury 40 hp EFI 2002.

I need to replace #34 in this diagram,, the 45 degree elbow fitting:

What would you remove to be able to replace the fitting, I guess removing the lower cowl is a good idea, but how do I do that?

Just remove the 7 screws and separate the two halves...
