Remove and replace fuel and other gauges on 2000 Crownline 180br

Is there an easy or easier way to remove and replace the gauges on my 2000 Crownline 180BR? I tried under the dash and tried to remove the gauge panel. I can't access the gauges very well under the dash and the gauge panel won't come out. Help!

looking at pics of similar boats, you probably have to take the trim panel off before the actual gauge panel will come free.

the best way would be to call crownline in the morning and ask them where all of the fasteners are and the best procedure for removing them...
