I have an old boat and Im not liking the remote controls. icky and no deadman rip chord. My engine is a Johnson has red 10 pin connector. The outboard has electric choke but no power trim. Is there any reason I could not adapt this to any other box with a little soldering??? Im building Frankenboat.
