Relay identification

I have a 2003 50 hp mercury 3cyl 2 stroke motor with a defective oil tank. The alarm is going off so we unplugged the tank. We can tell that it's still oiling though because we marked the tank. Could this cause the motor to run bad, as in loosing fuel? What are the 2 senrelays on the side under the starter beside fuel pump? All fuel lines have been changed and fuel pump rebuilt.

How about PTT relays, one up, one down? Course, if you have PTT and its a 2 wire motor, both relays are used to drive the engine up and both are wired to drive the engine down, just reverse the DC voltage across the PTT motor.
