Read my spark plugs please?

Hi I managed to flood outboard twice in two days and it was all down to the kill cord not being secure so decided to pull spark plugs to see what they are like. Know near on nothing but apart from being bit oily they seem ok to my untrained eye.

It’s on a 82 70HP evinrude

Could someone with some experience have a look please and let me know what you think. 1 is the top 2 middle and 3 bottom in the photos below.

Thanks guys

So the problem was the kill switch lanyard? By the old way of thinking, those plugs are hopelessly fouled. However, to the new way of thinking, they are OK. Todays' ignition systems can spark right through that crud. I'll bet if I went out and pulled the plugs from my motor, they probably would look just the same as yours. PS. yes I do a lot of idle speed running, which helps explain things.

Yes the clip that goes onto the switch has stretched slightly so it looks like it’s in place but not pushing it down so managed to flood it one time.. then managed to get it running again with full fast idle up and ran ok but then day after again not connected properly again and flooded it again did same thing to get running but was harder to start the second time round. As the second time I had choke pushed for far to long.

Right just redone the compression test after watching YouTube and realising I don’t do it right. This time with engine still cold I opened the throttle plates and got the following still not great but did it twice to make sure they are ;

1-125psi
2-130psi
3-150psi

Any better?
