Rattle when throttling off

Hi all.

I have bought an 8hp 2003 johnson outboard and have noticed a rattle when you rev it and throttel down. Any ideas? I haven't used it on the boat yet as the weather hasn't been good but want your opinions before I take it out please.

Keep reving it with no load and motor will open the emergency inspection port on ya. motor will rattle at no load and high RPM ..1500-2000 max rev at no load
