Quicksilver throttle wires

Hi chaps
I have a quicksilver throttle
From the controller it has 4 wires
Does anyone know what wires are for what
I know 2 of the wires go on the power trim and tilt

Ayuh,..... Is this an I/O, or outboard,..??
What year,..??
Got a serial number for the motor,..??

Postin' in the Mercury outboard forum, if it's an outboard might help,....
