I had to do some wiring in a 50 hp, 2 stroke, merc, 2002. I think I did a pretty good job except for one set of yellow wires. The wires in question are coming out of the box in the middle of the picture. You can see the new fittings I put on them. The box is called switch box. The wires go to the flywheel. I mixed them up and do not know which is which.
The wires are identical, I am asking if there is a difference in the two. In other words, does it matter if the same two get back together? It's a 50/50 shot, but I would like to be correct.
