"I have a 1990 ProV 150 with a hot foot. Under the key area on the controls, there is a silver rocker toggle switch. Can someone explain what this is for?

Is this a dash mount key switc

Is this a dash mount key switch. If so it is the choke switch...the rubber boot that helps keep moisture out has worn or torn off the toggle.

this is side mounted controls ..got ahold of the previous owner late last night ..seems the toggle is the choke Sure made it start a lot easier ..I feel like an idiot
