Question about a 100hp 92 Johnson

I recently picked up a boat that has a 1992 Johnson 100 (J100STLEND) opening the cover and saw it looked like there was a bolt missing and I’m just wondering if someone could tell me what it’s for so I can order a new one!
It’s kind of behind the air box on the right side if you’re looking from behind the engine

I doubt there is a bolt missing.-----Some might argue , but it is your best interest to post the actual compression test values.----For now and future reference.----Install a new water pump impeller and test the overheat warning horn.
