Im trying to find a McGuard Prop lock for a 2008 Yamaha F90, they have a size for 115hp and up called a #74040 but its a M18x1.5, the thread is too large for my shaft.
They said they don't make one for the F90, but I find that hard to believe. They make a #74056 for a M16x1.5 , but its not spec'd for the Yamahas.
My nut I think is a Yamaha # Prop Nut Yamaha 20-100HP Pro #: 1-510-16011 Replaces: 90171-16011-00
I cant find the thread size on my F90. The nut that fits my prop says its 14.8 mm id, 15mm tall, and 24mm OD, (uses a 15/16" wrench size)., but has no metric size?
Will a M16x1.5 fit this ?
