I recently diagnosed that my trolling motor had a failed control board (I’ve got a Minn Kota Powerdrive V2 from 2011). I installed the board last night, got my motor on the bow, pressed my foot pedal to run the prop and it ran like charm full blast. Got out on the water this morning, plopped my prop in and the motor refused to turn. Gave a few turns before quitting on me. I can hear the motor trying to run, but no prop turn. The foot pedal works and it turns the shaft so I know it’s not the pedal. I’m this close to throwing the whole thing in the drink! Suggestions?
