"I have a minor leak around th

"I have a minor leak around the actuator valve on my power steering. The rubber boot appears to be the source. Any tips on what action I should take would be appreciated. I would also like opinions on using something like the Lucas power steering leak additive. The unit is difficult to reach and losing a few ounces per season. From other sources it seems to be a very rare problem and there is no noticeable performance issue.

"It sounds like you have a bad seal, and changing it will be a PITA. If it was mine, I would give the PS additive a whirl and see what happens. What have you got to lose?
