POWER PAK TESTING

I have a 1986 225 Evinrude and

I have a 1986 225 Evinrude and was wondering is there a way to test power pak? Motor runs fine but wont plain out then dies.

"Ok we have checked compression 110 average per cylinder. My buddy has a deal you hook up to spark plug wires and you look through a sight glass, when he adjusts the gap a little wider we lose 2 cylinders, on the other side all three spark. So it looks like I need a power pak??
The OMC number on this pak is 583605.

We just swapped paks and still

We just swapped paks and still no fire on same 2 cylinders any ideas??
