Please help 2002 15hp 4Stroke wont idle

Please help
I have a Johnson 2002 4 stroke 15hp and I cant get it to idle. The motor is like new. It runs perfect but I cant get it to idle. I have cleaned the carb twice.
I have played with the spring loaded idle screw but then it revs too high. Is there another low idle adjustment?? Alos, there is another spring load screw close to the motor and attached to the throttle linkage on top??? Not sure what that one is for??

I"ve attached a diagram of your carb. #26 and #27 are your idle jets. You need to remove and clean them really well as well as the passages associated with them. Also #10 and #11 are adjustment screws. Not sure what they adjust, but probably one adjusts mixture and one adjusts the idle by opening the butterfly to let more air in.

Remove carburetor.----See if screw #13 or others control throttle plate opening on this Suzuki.
