I'm putting this out there for input. I have a pair of 671tibs in my46 post. The port engine went to high temp n found coolant in the oil. Inspection found two pistons with pcs missing. These pcs took out the coolant seal which dumped coolant then into the lube oil. Again 2 bad cylinders. Just to be sure we scoped the starboard engine n found number 2 with piston pcs missing also. We are starting majors now. Any idea what caused this anyone. Oh yes they had only 800 hrs.
