PCM 6.2L Supercharged....No Start

Hello,
A no start condition....have spark...have good pressure at fuel rail. Dry spark plugs.
Only 6-7 volts at fuel injector connectors. Any suggestions. Replaced both crankshaft and camshaft magnetic sensors.
Any help appreciated. Only 45 hrs on motor....most of hours were me trouble shooting it.

I'd try a set of NOID lights at the injectors...doing a Volt measurement on the injectors is rarely conclusive...
