Opinions on Etec 150 HP

Looking at a used 2012 Hurricane 201 deck boat with same year Evinrude 150 HP (not HO model). I have not inspected boat myself but both boat & motor are pristine in pictures of ad. Owner claims extremely low hours, (69 hrs) and boat has always been stored sheltered on trailer. I know the Etec 150 is fuel injected 2 cycle and also know the Evinrude has been discontinued but what are any known issues with this engine? Would appreciate any feedback either side of the fence. I am a little afraid of an underutilized boat & motor and I have to travel 232 miles to see firsthand.
 
Problem is 99% of repairs are going to DIY as dealers wont turn a screw on these. Parts are also getting scarce and I dont trust used parts off blown engines. If price is right run it till it fails and replace with a 4 stroke or OptiMax
