"I have 99 merc 115.before win

"I have 99 merc 115.before winterizing i could get 5200 rpm and very good acceleration.Now acceleration is poor and i only get 4700 rpm.Iran the boat to clean out the fogger,changed the plugs.The number 4 plug is spotless,while the other 3 are a bit dirty.there is spark to all plugs and the compression is good.Tested by local mechanic.Any ideas on my problem."
 
sounds like carb problem. DO N

"Idle jets on #3 and 4 are very small, only feeding enuff fuel for cooling and lubrication at idle. At higher rpm the 4 carburetors operate the same."
