Hum don't think I would want to do another one saying that it was the exhaust turbo to U bend that gave the most problem .I used the VW exhaust pipe as it was stainless and had the right amount of bend but putting a water jacket on it and getting it water tight .Then the 10mm stainless plate welded on top for the U bend think I had the hardest bit of plate in the country.
The wiring that every one said would be hard to do turned out to be easy the ECU is mounted behind the right hand seat and fuse box is behind the left hand seat both dry part's of the boat .I have the inter cooler there and use the old bilge fan to blow air around that part of the boat so even if any water was to get there it would dry
I plugged the laptop in today dropped the tick over down and clutch switch drops the rev's down to 400rpm will try it like that the good thing about having a ECU is it will hold the rpm what ever the load.
