Hello, heres a question for those with experience with early Johnson outboard motors, particularly the old Johnson Electric Seahorse 75 hp outboard, I believe mine is a 1970. A buddy of mine gave it to me to restore and fix up, and I noticed a 2 lever control box, and from what Ive read one is a shift lever and the other a throttle lever. Can anyone explain to me more about what each does? I havent seen something like this before.
