"Serial # og124650 1994 60 HP 2 stroke.Did all the replaceing i thougt might be the problem, checked ever other thing like the sensor, float ,ignition etc.It all came down to the main harnes plug being lose. Plugged it back together and if you touch or wiggel it the horn goes off and on.My question is this fixable or do i replace the whole harnes,if so any idea on cost."
