"I have a 30 ELP 2 stroke Mecury outboard that has stopped working ! It runs very roughly, like the engine is misfiring intermitantly, and there is water coming out of the exhaust which I am pritty sure is not a good sign. The engine will start ok but then run rough and cut out. I can still start it thereafter but it won't run for more than 30 seconds. The boat is in Norway and idealy I need to fix myself as its not just beer thats expensive here!!!!"
