No Power to motor or trim

2001 Mercury 90hp 2 stroke on a 2001 Nitro 700LX
Was out in the water running great always started right up with no problems. Went to start it to head back into shoe and nothing. No clicking noise or anything. Thinking dead battery I switched batteries and still nothing. Everything else works, horn, lights, live well, bilge pump, fish finder. Trim will not work either now. Any ideas? No power to motor or trim.

Check the fuse

Checked all the fuses in the fuse box and they all look good

OK, then time to get the multi meter out and see what is going on.------------If it is not the fuse on the motor you can find the problem with the meter and see where the power " stops " so to speak.-----Mabe you need to check the nuetral safety switch in the box as well, but that would likely not affect the trim system.

I will do that thanks for the advice. Did not check fuse at motor only the fuse box fuses. Will check that one to.

The fuse on the motor would be the one to check !!
