I have twin BF150's and the throttle will not stay set at a given RPM over 4000. They want to keep dropping rpms. I have attempted to tighten the set screws at the base of the throttles but they still want to pull back. Is there an adjustment back at the engine to loosen the cables? If so can I make this adjustments or should I bring it in to a Honda dealer?
