Need some engine flushing help

"Just bought a used 2001 Sea Doo Challenger 1800 with the 240hp engine. It didn't come with any manuals and I need to know how to flush the engine. I have found the flush connector, but don't know how to proceed . Any help would be appreciated."

"Put it in neutral, connect a garden hose to the flush connector and turn the water on high. Now start the engine and keep the RPM's below 1500. Let it reach operating temp. and run it 5-10 minutes more at idle. You are done. If you are winterizing, make sure you open all the drain cocks and let the water run out. Then add the pink stuff."

Thanks for the info.. If you are planning on using it in salt water once in a while do you know of anything extra that needs to be added?

No need for an additive just flush it properly when you have finished your days play.

Spray the OD down with fresh w

Spray the OD down with fresh water and then spray liberally with WD-40.
