I bought a boat that had a 74 model 75hp chrysler. Engine was running great original spark plugs still looked good. I added gas and 3/4 too much oil and new spark plugs. Every since then the engine runs irratic and burns/fowls spark plugs. Assuming the gas was the reason i pulled all of it out and added five gallons with the right amount of oil and put the original spark plugs back in and now it runs good for about 5 min then irratic again but not as bad as before. Did not do this untill i added the too much oil. Is there something else i need to check or something i could have damaged? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
