Need Help 2012 115EFI 4stroke

Engine will sometime speed hunt 200-400 RPM at speeds below 2000RPM, at idle speeds it will speed hunt and stall sometimes. I have change the IAC but it did not seem to help

Here's a video. Dealer looked at video and said maybe TPS or an intermitted coil pack? He was not very re-assuring! Any thoughts out there?? I hate to keep putting more money into this
