Need advice on a 1996 Johnson 150 fast strike

I'm looking to power up my boat over the winter and have the opportunity to get a 1996 Johnson 150 Fast strike with a blown cylinder. I'm pretty mechanically sound but don't have much experience with outboard motors. The motor still runs. All cylinders read 110 compression but one is blown and reads 15. I'm getting the motor for 400$ so after rebuilding it, it should be worth it. I hope. The motor looks very clean and all together. Plus, it is a 20" shaft and they are hard to find on these 150's. How is this particular motor? Not quite sure what the meaning of "Fast Strike". Any advice on the blown cylinder?
