Please someone tell me if my trigger is bad will my motor excellerate to WOT force 125 hp 1984 1258X4A ser number

What exactly is your motor doing / not doing.-----Post the actual compression values.----Does spark jump a gap of 3/8" on each lead , yes or no ?------Stop running / testing the boat hoping it will fix itself.----A plugged carburetor can lead to BIG $$$ repairs.
