Motor will not tilt up.

I have twin Yamaha 150 HPDI engines. I ran both engines down but the right will not come up. The relay sounds like it is clicking. Does not work from all three switches .Any suggestions ? Thanks

Get a meter and check the voltages to the T/T motor. If you have power and ground you have a bad motor.
