mercury 90hp 2 stroke problem to idle

Greetings to you all and I want answers to the problem I have with a mercury 90hp 2stroke engine which idles erratically at 1200-1300 rpm and does not go down with any adjustment, carburetors were cleaned, compression is 140-140-145 psi, timing is good and revs normally with no problem in sailing.

Are the carbs all synced?

Search the internet for a "link and synch" Procedure. I would also suspect a vacuum or air leak somewhere. What year motor is it? Model number?

Thanks for the reply, I agree with you and will change the vacuum tubes and clean the check valves
