Recently purchased outboard in apparently new condition.In both drive and neutral it produces considerable high frequency vibration. For some reason it was not returned by original purchaser. I am hoping the cause is an unbalanced flywheel. Is there any history of this and, if so, can it be rebalanced? Thanks.
