I have a constant warning horn going off on my pontoon boat as soon as you turn on the ignition. I have water spitting out the back pretty steady stream. I disconnected the temperature sensor and the horn stays on. So I am wondering if I do have the low oil warning sensor? It was fine when I put it up for the winter but this happened right off the bat.
My motor is a 40HP Mercury ELPT serial #0T501457.
Also where is the horn located? It sounds like it is inside of the throttle assembly.
If there is already a thread on this my apologies to everyone. I would appreciate that link.
