Mercury 200 Optimax

My 200 Optimax is reving on its own I have replaced the throttle position sensor and that did not help
any ideas on the problem would be appreciated

Tracker valve diaphragm is probably perforated.

Tracker valve diaphragm is probably perforated.

I tapped on the valves on both fuel rails and it cured the problem
