Mercruiser chasing a squeal noise

my 1983 mercruser is making this noise when turning it over by hand, is that normal? I removed the out drive chasing a high pitched squeal whenever I accelerated after turning the boat off/idling for a while maybe this noise turns to a squeal when going faster or should I keep looking? Linked video of me turning it over by hand.

I'm already replacing the gimbal bearing and bellows as the bellows have a little bit of water in them from sitting over the winter so they must be a little leaky, gimbal bearing turned by hand pretty smooth so I don't think it was that.

The impeller is dry and sqealing.
Nothing to be concerned with.

Once water is drawn in the noise will go away
