I just got a brand new out of the crate 200XL 4 stroke from my buddy who is. Dealer. First time taking it out i got water in the motor and had to get towed back to port. Got home and tested the compression at around 92 for each cylinder, plugs and injectors had rust ect ect.
Thinks I replaced:
1-fuel injectors were benched and cleaned back to prefect
2-fuel pump
3- both fuel filters (transom and motor)
4-spark plugs
Cleaned the heck out of motor by spraying cleaner inside the intake blew out all the oil and put fuel line inside of a gas can so I can test.
At first I had to blow air from my air compressor into the intake for it to start (because lack of compression) and had to throttle for it to start (won't start in neutral) i ran it for for about an hour but every time I go back to neutral it just dies. Any advice is appreciated.
