To be clear; should I disconnect the oil injection system?
I have approx 35gal of non ethanol fuel in the tank: so, you recommend adding the proper oil mix to this existing fuel?

Yes then get a OEM manual and test the oil and temp sensor/operations. Could just be the module or water in fuel filter or up to oiler problems
