Marina outbord help

Hello everyone, I have bought a marina 75? Outboard no problems I got it running sweet, my problems is I want to get a tiller handle for my engine, I have 2 numbers on my engine one on the core plug (the thing that pushes out if the water ever freeze ) and the other on the flywheel.
Any help would be most welcome.
I tried uploading the pictures but file too large the number on the silver plug is 9502702 the flywheel number is 9007 c2

Very unlikely that an outboard can freeze to pop out that plug.-----See a dealer with cash to order a tiller kit.----Or find one on E-bay.

Mariner perhaps?

There should be a label showing the engine ID. If not, there should be markings on the carburetor and CDI box. Would be helpful to know what those are.
