Manually raising a 1998 J40TLE

Hello All,
Thank you for reading this. I believe my trim motor is on the way out. Of course, it goes out in the down positioning. Trying to raise manually. Cannot locate the hydraulic bleed to raise manually . Every piece of info I’m finding is directing me to an access hole on side of mount. My motor mount does not have a “hole “ with an access to a flat head.
Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t have your knowledge to accomplish that. I just want to raise the motor for transport. I’m stuck

Put up a pic of the right and left side of the transom bracket. also Put up a pic of both sides of the powerhead. Even if you find the manual screw sometimes they are stuck. So put up all the pics

Apologies : what diagram ? I’m seeing a parts list for the tilt assembly. Is that it?
