Looking for a parts engine for a 1988 ETLG Yahmaha outboard

Newbie here I'm looking for advice keeping my 1988 ETLG yahmaha running is there a good parts list out there? I have my eye on a 1990 90ETLD or 1992 TLRQ as a parts engine anyone if that is a good one for me or if I need to keep to the same model year??
