My 1996 Johnson J25TEEDA (was converted to remote controls a long time ago) seems to be running out of fuel at full throttle. It will run at full throttle if I pump the primer bulb.
I've posted a video on youtube that shows the problem. The video runs for a little over 2:30 minutes but if you go to the 1:45 mark you will be able to see the problem.

The carburetor has been removed and inspected twice. The fuel pump has been replaced. The fittings from the tank to the fuel line and from the fuel line to the motor have been replaced.
Air leak somewhere?
Problem with fuel pickup inside the tank?
