Johnson Colt manufacture date and owner's manual

My new-to-me Johnson Colt Model is JCOCCM and the serial number is B 7621639 from Belgium. Is it a 1976 and where is the best place to get an owner's manul. Thanks. gk

I believe it is a 1988 model.------Based on the ---CC--- in the model number.
